Our Challenge
As a Lead Pega Developer, you are responsible for design and development of overall application including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, UI design providing scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements.

The Role
Responsibilities:
- You will be performing analysis of client requirements, configuration of Pega low code technology solutions based on system design specifications, development of software technology solutions, ensuring system quality as well as other team-based activities in the practice.
- You will assist with determining the software or system functional specifications that allow for the successful development/configuration of select Automation software solutions
- Designing, building and documenting queries to analyse data from various sources will also be required.
Requirements
You are:
- Pega CSSA Certified with 10+ years of development experience.
- Experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega product.
- Have PEGA CSSA certification and have hand-on experience on PEGA platform version 7 or above
- Work on developing and maintaining applications on PEGA Platform
- Understand the requirements and design, test, debug and deploy the applications.
- Troubleshooting application Problems, error codes and bottlenecks
- Participate in DevOps rituals (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective, peer reviews)
- Collaborate within and across squads to understand end to end services.
